RIGHT OF RETURN

Within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods, the consumer who is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. You must therefore send us a written communication, also indicating your IBAN code, correct and complete with every necessary detail for crediting the amount to be refunded - by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or also, as required by art. 5 no. 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999 to:

Within the period of 10 days, all the products purchased must be returned to the sender-supplier, not to lose the right of withdrawal, under the following conditions:

1. Returned goods must be perfectly intact and in their original packaging.
2. The application of labels or adhesive tapes on the original product packaging or on the product itself is prohibited.
3. Until arrival at the GREYMY headquarters, the shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer.
4. The relative transport costs for the return of the goods are charged to the customer/consumer.


If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, the supplier will refund the sums already paid, except if any restoration costs for damages ascertained to the original packaging should be necessary, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the written communication and of the goods. The refund will consist of the charged amount for the purchase of the goods (therefore excluding shipping costs) on the credit card or by bank transfer (in this case the customer will take care to communicate his bank details) .

The shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the customer. The products must be returned intact and in the original packaging.

Who can make the withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal is reserved only to private persons, therefore excluding purchases made by resellers or by companies who purchase for resale to third parties.

COMPLAINTS

GREYMY guarantees the right of return if the purchased goods are damaged during transport or do not comply with what is shown on the website. To exercise this right, a simple communication must be sent to sales@greymy.it within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the ordered goods indicating the reason for the complaint and attaching photos of the damage. After 72 hours from taking charge of the delivery, the goods are fully accepted by the Customer and nothing can be claimed from the Seller.
